We divide our profits in the same ratio at the end of the year!

Personal Development Budget
To foster learning and development, Great Place To Work offers each Greater a self-development budget which is equivalent to their one month's salary. This can be utilized by taking up any learning course or opportunity which will help the Greater to progress in their role.
Wellness Leave & Unlimited Sick Leaves
We believe in prioritizing health and wellness always. Wellness Leave is to enable Greaters to take a day off when they are not feeling physically or mentally fit to put in a day's work or want to take a day off to refresh and recharge. The Greaters are also eligible for unlimited sick leaves.
